Cancellation and Changes

Because every FaithfulDivine product is made-to-order, our printing partners begin work shortly after you place an order. To balance speed-to-customer with your right to change your mind, we accept cancellations and modifications under the following terms.

1. Cancellation window

Within six (6) hours of placing your order, you may cancel or modify your order at no charge. After six hours, the order has typically entered production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

If your order can no longer be cancelled but the item arrives and you change your mind, you may still return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

2. How to cancel

Email us at cs@faithfuldivine.com with the subject line "CANCEL — Order #[your order number]" and include your order number. We confirm cancellations by reply within 2 business hours during operating hours.

You may also send a text message (SMS) to +1 (302) 844-8006. We accept text messages only and do not accept voice calls. Texts received during business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes.

3. Modifications available within the 6-hour window

Within the cancellation window, we can modify the following:

(a) Product variant — size or color of the same item.

(b) Shipping address.

(c) Quantity, subject to settlement of any price difference.

4. Order errors

If we ship the wrong item, the wrong size, the wrong color, the wrong design, or a defective product, our Return and Refund Policy provides a free replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Order errors are not subject to the 6-hour cancellation window.
