Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO military addresses, with the exception of active US Military bases. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Production and fulfillment
Each FaithfulDivine product is made-to-order by our printing partners.
(a) Our core clothing line — t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies — is produced and shipped from our partner facility in the United States.
(b) A small number of specialty items, where the design or product type is not available domestically, are produced and shipped from our partner facility in China.
The production region for each product is shown on the product page under "Production region" before checkout.
3. Standard delivery times
(a) USA-printed: 2 to 3 business days production plus 4 to 7 business days shipping, for a total of 6 to 10 business days from order date.
(b) China-printed: 5 to 7 business days production plus 10 to 14 business days shipping, for a total of 15 to 21 business days from order date.
Delivery times do not include weekends or US postal holidays.
4. Express shipping (USA-printed products only)
For customers who need their items faster, we offer Express Shipping on USA-printed products:
(a) Production: 1 business day, in priority queue.
(b) Shipping: 2 to 3 business days via expedited carrier (UPS or FedEx).
(c) Total delivery: 3 to 4 business days from order date.
Cost: $14.99 for the first item plus $2 per additional item, capped at $24.99 per order.
Cutoff: orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time enter same-day production. Orders after 12:00 p.m. ET begin production the next business day.
Express Shipping is available to the continental United States (48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses are not eligible at this time. Express Shipping is not available for products printed in China.
5. Standard shipping cost
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order:
(a) 1 item: $4.99.
(b) Each additional item: $1.00.
(c) Maximum cap per order: $7.99.
The exact amount is displayed at checkout before payment, with no hidden fees.
6. Free standard shipping on orders $100 and above
Orders with a subtotal of $100 USD or more (after any discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping to addresses within the 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code required.
Free shipping covers standard delivery only:
(a) USA-printed items: 6 to 10 business days from order date.
(b) China-printed items: 15 to 21 business days from order date.
Free shipping does not apply to Express Shipping orders or to addresses outside the United States. If a return reduces the order subtotal below $100, the original standard shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
7. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also reach our customer support team by texting +1 (302) 844-8006 or emailing cs@faithfuldivine.com with your order number.
Carriers typically take 3 to 5 business days to post the first scan after pickup.
8. Lost or undelivered packages
(a) If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery scan so we can open a carrier investigation.
(b) If a package is returned to our facility due to incorrect address, "unclaimed", or "return to sender", we will email you and offer a re-ship (with new shipping fee) or a refund of the order subtotal (minus original shipping).
(c) If a package shows no carrier movement for 30 or more days, we treat it as lost in transit and offer a free replacement or a full refund at the customer's election.
9. Exclusions
We currently cannot deliver to active US Military bases. If your address is a base, please use a civilian address or contact us before ordering.
