Infinite Impressions Creations LLC, doing business as FaithfulDivine ("we," "us," or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website (faithfuldivine.com) to do the same. This DMCA and Copyright Policy describes how we respond to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").

1. Original works and licensed material

Designs, illustrations, photographs, product copy, page copy, source code, and other creative content displayed on faithfuldivine.com are either (a) original works owned by Infinite Impressions Creations LLC, (b) licensed for our commercial use, or (c) public-domain Scripture and faith-based texts. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our original works is prohibited and may be enforced under applicable copyright law.

2. Notice of claimed infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that any material on faithfuldivine.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent (Section 5 below).

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following six (6) elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

(a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at our website are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

(c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material — for example, the URL of the specific page or product on faithfuldivine.com.

(d) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

(e) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

(f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Notices that do not include all six elements may not be actionable under the DMCA.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe that material you posted on, or material related to your account at, faithfuldivine.com was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include:

(a) Your physical or electronic signature.

(b) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

(c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

(d) Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, the District in which Infinite Impressions Creations LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking a restraining order against you within ten (10) business days, we may, in our discretion, restore the removed material.

4. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we have adopted and reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers, customers, or account holders who are repeat infringers of copyright. Account holders who receive multiple valid DMCA notifications may have their accounts terminated and their access to faithfuldivine.com permanently blocked.

6. False or misleading notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or its authorized licensee, or by us. We reserve the right to seek such damages from any person who submits a notice or counter-notification in bad faith.

7. Trademark, brand, and image complaints

For complaints relating to trademarks, brand names, logos, or photographic images that are not strictly within the scope of the DMCA, please contact us at cs@faithfuldivine.com with the subject line "IP: [topic]" and include the same information described in Section 2 above to the extent applicable. We review and act on all good-faith intellectual property complaints, regardless of the legal framework involved.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this DMCA and Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of faithfuldivine.com after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
