FaithfulDivine – Born from a Heart That Once Felt Forgotten
My name is Jessica.
And at one point, I truly wondered… Had God forgotten about me?
I grew up in a Christian home, going to church every Sunday with my mother.
I memorized Bible verses from an early age. But to be honest, my faith felt like a light outer garment—something I wore because I was raised to, not because I had truly experienced God’s power for myself.
Then came the COVID pandemic.
I had just gotten married. We welcomed our first child.
It should have been a joyful chapter.
But the business I had poured my youth and soul into… collapsed.
Financial pressure. Loss of direction. Sleepless nights with a newborn’s cries and unpaid bills piling up.
I looked in the mirror one morning and barely recognized myself.
I wasn’t just exhausted—I had lost all hope for the future.
“Why is everything falling apart all at once?”
I still went to church.
I still prayed.
I still believed God was real.
But deep inside… I started to ask myself:
“I’ve worked hard. I’ve tried to live right. I’ve loved my family well—so why do all the doors feel like they’re closing?”
I wasn’t angry at God.
I was just… tired. Confused. Worn down.
It felt like I had wandered off His path—like I was walking a road that no longer looked like mine.
I still believed in God, but I no longer believed that my story could be beautiful again.
✨ “Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall,
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.”
— Isaiah 40:30-31
Then God sent Linda.
Linda, my dear friend—who is now the CEO and my co-founder of FaithfulDivine.
But back then, she was simply the person God placed in my life to lift me up.
She didn’t preach.
She didn’t fix me.
She just sat with me in the dark, held my hand, and reminded me—gently but firmly:
“Jessica, this is not the end of your story.
This is just a valley that God is allowing you to walk through—so He can prepare you for something greater.”
✨ “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.”
— Jeremiah 29:11
In that moment, that verse wasn’t just a quote I had grown up hearing.
It pierced my heart like a beam of light in the middle of a long night.
Linda helped me see—God had not abandoned me.
He was allowing the struggle to refine me. To shape me into something stronger.
I thought I had been left behind.
But I was really being taught how to walk again—this time, with steadier feet and deeper trust.
✨ “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.”
— 2 Corinthians 12:9
And so FaithfulDivine was born.
Not out of a business plan.
Not out of ambition.
But out of a restored faith—a calling.
It’s the gift Linda and I now offer to women like me.
Women who may feel like they’ve lost their way.
Women who need a reminder:
You are not forgotten.
Your story isn’t over.
And God is still writing your next chapter—one that’s fuller, deeper, and more beautiful than you ever imagined.
With love and grace,
Jessica
