Return and Refund Policy

Infinite Impressions Creations LLC, doing business as FaithfulDivine ("we," "us," or "our"), accepts returns and refunds in accordance with the terms set out below. By placing an order through faithfuldivine.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Return window
You may submit a return, exchange, replacement, or refund request within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the carrier records your order as Delivered. Requests received after this period are not eligible.
2. Two categories of return
This policy distinguishes between two categories of return:
(a) Section 3 — Order errors: defects, wrong color, wrong size, wrong design, damage in transit, or lost packages.
(b) Section 4 — Buyer-initiated returns: change of mind where the order was produced correctly per your specifications.
3. Order errors
If the item delivered is defective, damaged, missing, mislabeled, printed in error, or did not arrive at all, the following terms apply.
3.1 Eligibility. This section applies regardless of the production region of the item.
3.2 Required evidence. The customer must submit one (1) clear photograph and one (1) short video of the item demonstrating the issue, together with the order number.
3.3 No physical return required. The customer is not required to return the original item. You may retain, donate, or dispose of it at your discretion.
3.4 Resolution. Within two (2) business days of receiving the required evidence, FaithfulDivine will either issue a full refund to the original payment method, or produce and ship a replacement, at the customer's election.
3.5 Priority production for replacements. Replacement orders issued under this Section are produced on a priority basis at no additional cost. Claims approved before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time enter production the same business day; claims approved after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time enter production the next business day. The replacement is then dispatched by the fastest standard carrier available for the production region.
3.6 Estimated delivery time for replacements.
(a) USA-printed: 4 to 7 business days from claim approval.
(b) China-printed: 8 to 12 business days from claim approval.
3.7 High-value or repeated claims. FaithfulDivine reserves the right to request additional evidence or a physical return for unusually high-value claims, or for repeated claims from the same customer account.
4. Buyer-initiated returns
If the order was produced correctly to the specifications you submitted but you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item, the following terms apply.
4.1 Eligibility conditions.
(a) Original tags must be attached.
(b) The item must not have been laundered.
(c) The request must be submitted within the 30-day return window stated in Section 1.
(d) The item must be a USA-printed item. China-printed items are not eligible for buyer-initiated return because the international return shipping cost exceeds the value of the item. Section 3 remains fully applicable to China-printed items.
4.2 Return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may select the carrier of their choice. USPS is recommended for the lowest postage rate.
4.3 Return address. After the request is submitted, FaithfulDivine will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. The address is:

United StatesPackages received without a valid RMA number written clearly on the exterior of the package will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
4.4 Resolution. The customer may elect either a refund or an exchange. A refund is issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. An exchange item is dispatched within three (3) business days following receipt and inspection.
5. How to submit a return request
Returns under either Section 3 or Section 4 may be initiated by either of the following channels:
(a) Email: cs@faithfuldivine.com, with the subject line "RETURN — Order #[your order number]".
(b) Text message (SMS) to +1 (302) 844-8006. We accept text messages only; voice calls are not accepted.
The request must include the order number and, for Section 3 claims, the photographic and video evidence required under Section 3.2.
A FaithfulDivine representative will respond within two (2) business days during the operating hours stated in Section 12.
6. Refund processing times
6.1 Section 3 claims. The refund is issued within three (3) business days of claim approval.
6.2 Section 4 returns. The refund is issued within three (3) business days following inspection at our return facility, which typically occurs within five (5) business days after the package is delivered to the facility.
6.3 Bank settlement. Allow an additional two (2) to eight (8) business days for the credit to appear on the original payment method, depending on the issuing bank.
7. Exchange in lieu of refund
The customer may request an exchange (different size, color, or design) in place of a refund.
(a) Exchanges under Section 3 are produced and dispatched at no cost to the customer, and benefit from the priority production provision in Section 3.5.
(b) Exchanges under Section 4 follow the standard return shipping terms in Section 4.2 for the original item; the replacement is then dispatched at no cost to the customer.
If the exchange item has a different price, FaithfulDivine will refund the difference if the new item is less expensive, or issue an invoice for the difference if the new item is more expensive. No restocking fee is charged.
8. Conditions and exclusions
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
(a) Items returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior of the package.
(b) Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
(c) Section 4 returns where the original tags have been removed, or where the item shows evidence of having been laundered.
(d) Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligent care, or alterations made by the customer.
(e) Buyer-initiated returns of China-printed items. Section 3 remains fully applicable.
(f) Items designated "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase.
(g) Custom or personalized items where the customer-provided text or design was processed correctly per the order. This includes typographical errors, name spellings, and the resolution of customer-uploaded files.
If a returned item arrives in a condition that does not meet the above eligibility criteria, FaithfulDivine will contact the customer with photographic evidence of the condition prior to processing.
9. Order cancellation
This policy applies to returns and refunds following delivery. To cancel or modify an order prior to dispatch, refer to the separate Cancellation and Changes page. In summary, orders may be cancelled or modified within six (6) hours of placement at no charge; thereafter, the order is considered to have entered production and cannot be cancelled.
10. Fair use
This policy is provided in good faith. FaithfulDivine reserves the right to decline future returns from accounts that demonstrate fraud or systematic abuse of this policy. Any such decision will be communicated to the customer in writing prior to taking effect.
11. Disputes and chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact FaithfulDivine with any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. The majority of issues are resolved within two (2) business days. A chargeback initiated before contacting customer support may delay the resolution and may make further assistance unavailable.
