30-Day Love It Promise

You can request a refund or a T-shirt size replacement within 30 days of your original purchase date. After that window we can’t offer either. A replacement does not restart or extend the 30 days.

Don’t love it? We’ll refund you.

If your clothing isn’t right for you for any reason, we’ll refund you. No return needed — donate it or pass it on to someone who’ll love it.

T-shirt doesn’t fit? We’ll send a new size.

Tell us the size you need and we’ll send you a replacement T-shirt in that size. You don’t need to send the original back.

Anything else?

For sweatshirts, hoodies, larger orders, or anything that arrived damaged or not as ordered, email us and our team will take care of it with you personally.

How to get help

Email cs@faithfuldivine.com (or text +1 (302) 844-8006 — text only) within the 30-day window. Include your order number and let us know whether you’d like a refund or a size replacement. For replacements, include the size you’d like.
